I am concerned about the security of my financial data.  How will you ensure my data will be secured?

 

I use Sharefile.  Dropbox can be utilized for everyday document storage and transfers, while Sharefile is valued for sensitive financial data protection and QuickBooks workbooks and backups. 

 

Each client has a separate Sharefile file folder that is their own to utilize to assure privacy and security. 

 

I also use USB Flash Drives to transfer data, and if you need one, I provide a starter 16GB at no charge.

Write-Up Work

I have boxes of envelopes and receipts and piles of files!  Do you have a "catch-up" service?

 

Yes.  If you haven't input your historical data in a signifcant period of time, or even begun to create your data file, I can help you catch up and prepare to file your tax returns as necessary.

 

I can create an Accountant's Copy of your QuickBooks data file for export to your accountant, and when your CPA is finished, import the changes for you.

 

This service is A la Carte Pricing, since this is a significant undertaking.
